Friday, August 29 – 50 standard guest rooms being held
Saturday, August 30 – 5 standard guest rooms being held
Sunday, August 31 – 5 standard guest rooms being held

Rates: $179 per room, per night (single or double occupancy); additional $50 per night will apply to each 3^rd or 4^th adult occupant in the room.

Deposits: All requests for reservations must be received by The Greenbrier Reservations Department no later than 45 days prior to arrival and must be accompanied by a deport of $179 in the form of a check or credit card. Group deposits are not refundable but can be applied to the Master Account for charges. Individual reservation cancellation, “failure to show,” late arrival or early departure will cause forfeiture of deposit, unless written cancellation or changes in dates are made 14 days in advance of scheduled arrival date. The deport will be returned if extenuating circumstances prevail and a written cancellation for an individual reservation is received by The Greenbrier 14 days prior to arrival date.

The cut-off date for making reservations is July 15, 2014, after which rooms will be sold on a space-available basis.  Below are the rooms and rates available for Bike MS Country Roads 2014:

 A one night deposit is required at the time of booking.

Room rates quoted above DO NOT include sales tax (currently 6%) and lodging tax (currently 6%).  Taxes are subject to change. 

Rates for accommodations will vary depending on occupancy and type of accommodations. 

Each complex has dedicated parking for lodging guests only.  Fees may apply for parking in other areas. 

Any accommodations outside of those in the room block above will vary in cost depending on location and occupancy.
